Warranty Information
For shower screens:
Shower screen metal fittings carry five year replacement warranty (excluding installation) from invoice date. Workmanship covers one year warranty only. Warranty covers only failure of our products due to defects in manufacturing and under normal conditions of use. Warranty void if the failure or fault of the product is due to misuse / negligence /carelessness / physical damage and/or failure to follow the instructions as written in User's Manual.
We will repair or replace at our option any faulty or defective products covered by warranty. Please attach proof of purchase when claiming for warranty.
For massage cubicles, steam cubicles & complete spa baths:
Our products carry two year warranty for the shell/frame, and one year warranty for all plumbing & electrical/electronic components from invoice date. Warranty covers only failure of our products due to defects in manufacturing and under normal conditions of use. Warranty void if the failure or fault of the product is due to misuse / negligence /carelessness / physical damage and/or failure to follow the instructions as written in User's Manual.
Massage Cubicles, steam/sauna cubicles, and spa baths must be installed by a licensed plumber.
For tapware:
Our tapwares normally carry five year replacement warranty (excluding installation) from invoice date. Certain brands suppliers offer even longer warranty period. Please ask our sales when purchasing. Warranty covers only failure of our products due to defects in manufacturing and under normal conditions of use. Warranty void if the failure or fault of the product is due to misuse / negligence /carelessness / physical damage and/or failure to follow the instructions as written in User's Manual.
For accessories:
Our accessories carry one year replacement warranty (excluding installation) for accessories. Warranty covers only failure of our products due to defects in manufacturing and under normal conditions of use. Warranty void if the failure or fault of the product is due to misuse / negligence /carelessness / physical damage and/or failure to follow the instructions as written in User's Manual.

For basins, glass furniture and vanities:

For Mirrors:

For Toilets:
All the toilet pans cover 12 months warranty only. Different brands take different warranty period. Please ask sales when you purchase. Warranty void if it is not installed by licence plumber. Door-to-door serive will be charged at minimum $80 if it is failure installtion by no licence plumber.
In order to provide better serive to you, please keep the purchase paperwork for future service report. Since we are not the only sales represtatives of some brands, please keep the purchase record especially for passing long time. Otherwise, we will have to delay or pend your serive requirement.
