Returns
Normally there is no refund after the ordered products have been installed and used by the customer.
But within two weeks after delivery and with customers notice in writing or by phone, we will issue a credit note for the customer at the original value less 20% restocking fee, less the cost of freight from our premises to the customer. It is the customers responsibility to organize and bear the cost and risk of returning the goods. Credits will not be issued for goods returned to our store in inferior condition.
